Google Chrome WSoD

WSoD = White screen of death (okay this doesn't indicate a crash of any kind).

Back in the day, maybe a year or so ago Chrome would often give me a white screen over my open tabs until I either rebooted Chrome completely or right-clicked and opened the 'Inspect Element' option, which took away the screen. But for a few months now it hasn't been happening, until this week.

I've probably gotten the WSoD about 100 times this week (maybe not that much) and it's friggen irritating.

Anyone have a fix for this? Google'ing the issue isn't helping me at all.

Gettin' tired of yer shit, Google.

Just at random most of the time, but only when I switch tabs or minimize the window (then I notice it when I pull it back up), and the problem is I have to tab out, minimize windows and such all the time.

This usually happens when your graphics driver crashes

This is a browser problem, not my graphics driver. If my graphics driver was going to fail, my entire screen would turn black and when it comes back on it would tell me that my pc recovered from a graphics driver crash.

A quick google is point to flash being the problem, try going to about://plugins > click the details on the right,
if you see two items under the flash plugins disable the one that isn't under chromes installation folder.

If that doesn't work try going to chrome://flags and resetting to defaults, some stuff there can cause problems.
