looking to buy the g.skull ram but in the specification it does not mention my cpu compatibility which is i5 4690. the ram is: 

G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBRL

would anyone tell me if I can use this for my pc??

It's DDR3 RAM and your motherboard supports DDR3, so why wouldn't it work?

It says that ; "Compatible with Intel LGA1155/LGA1156" and my core is socket 1150, that is why I was concerned, but I guess it will work.

It will, don't worry. As long as your motherboard supports DDR3 and your RAM is DDR3, you're good to go. They probably said that because the RAM was released before the 1150 socket.
