Low fps and crashes

I just got a new PC. Right now I have a Pentium G3258 at 4.1ghz and a Sapphire 7950 3GB at stock speeds. 

I am having a lot of problems right now. I am having problems even getting Titanfall to start. The game just crashes. In Battlefield 3, I am getting less than 10fps. PSU is Corsair CX600.

I am at a loss of what to do. Any ideas?

Check tempuratures on the GPU and CPU, if they look normal reinstall GPU drivers, if that doesn't work set the Pentium to stock see if that helps. If nothing else works try a different power supply if you have access to one. Did you by chance happen to buy the 7950 used off of Ebay or something?

The temps are good.  70 for CPU, and 60 for GPU.  Titanfall and Watch Dogs are booting now and they are playing fine.  I don't have another PSU.  The 7950 was supposedly a refurb,

Where did you buy the 7950 from? Was it a reputable store like NCIX, Tigerdirect or Newegg? There are other ones I just can't think of them atm. Or was it from an Ebay, Craigslist, Amazon Marketplace or something like that where anyone can sell stuff?

I am basically wondering if it is possible it was a mining card.

It was through a friend through a friend locally.  I just looked into it and it may have been mined.  Good thing I can get my money back.
