what water cooler should I get

In this build I will have the H440 case from NZXT and plan on mounting it on top and I was wondering what cooler would be best for it, I was looking into the h110 and I'm not sure yet

With the NHD15 out, AIO's are irrelevant. The NHD15 is quieter and better performing. At this point it is custom loop or NHD15 IMHO.

I wouldn't bother with an h110. I have one, it's just overkill cooling. It's nice that I have it but I wish I saved money for a noctua or something. Basically with an h110 you will kill your cpu with volts before you kill it with heat so I can't recommend anything more than an h100i in constant silent mode or just get a noctua because they are great.

I'd suggest the Be quiet! Dark Rock 3 as it's cheap (sorta), sexy and silent. (Not a watercooler do)

I'm going with a water cooler because of the looks, it will work better with the h440. So you would recommend the H100i over the H110? was just wondering because the H110 is the same price

The h110 will work a little better for cooling but the h100i has adjustable features and a smaller radiator. If you ever plan on getting a case that is smaller in the future you will not be able to. h440 is about the smalled 280mm compatible at least that I know of. So that being said it's really up to you. The performance difference won't be massive.

Cooler Master Glacer 240L, expandable, best AIO. As well as good price/performance.
