Im having problems getting Windows 8.1 on a flash drive

I've watched plenty of videos on how to get Windows 8 or 8.1 on a Flash drive and the only problem I'm having is that I don't know how to get a ISO

Use Universal USB Installer, it's by far the easiest and fastest way to make a bootable flash drive.

I know how to get my flash drive to work but how do I get a ISO?

I have an optical drive sitting in my Case but when I ordered my motherboard I realized it doesn't support an optical drive.
