Best Silent PC Case

Hello Guys!

 

I'm thinking of upgrading my rig for silence. The components are already taken care of but I don't know what's the best silent case that you can get. Any recommendations and advice is appreciated. :)

Note: I'm from the Philippines and not all cases are available here.

Fractal Design Define R4. The H440's lining gets damaged easily because it is not well protected. Not a functional problem, but a pretty bad design flaw in my opinion.
