CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor OC'd to 3.8 GHz and no heat problems.

Case: Some metal box, No fans but  the side is open

Power Supply: SeaSonic 360W 80+ Gold Certified ATX Power Supply  one exactly like this one but only 350W

Monitor: Samsung S24B240K 60Hz 23.6" Monitor (one that has the exact same specs)

Games my friend mostly plays: Dayz Standalone, Arma series, Battlefield series, other FPS games.

The stuttering mostly occurs in the Arma series and the affiliated game dayz Standalone (battlefield 4 very randomly and not often at all). The stuttering is pretty consistent in these games and last anything between 0.1s to 10 seconds, mostly shorter ones.

In Battlefield 4, he gets a blackscreen sometimes, it makes the "Device Found" sound notification and then changes to the game again. It's like he plugs in Battlefield 4 like a mouse and acknowledges it's there and activates it.

Possibilities that we found: Motherboard, GPU (only has 2GB Vram and he mostly runs high textures, although textures don't seem to have any effect)

Or it could be the PSU (only 350W and he also uses some extra accesories, though they don't take up too many Watts).

We could be completely wrong here and if you think so just let us know your opinon, thank you.

Problem is you say it's "exactly like this one but 350W." Is the model acually a SeaSonic or?

Anyway, your problem is the power supply regardless. You need at least a quality 450W power supply (like this one: Rosewill CAPSTONE-450) to drive all those components. If plans on upgrading in the future go with the 550 or 650w Capstone (better GPU, new CPU, more HDD's, SSD, SLI).

And as far as Arma series goes, the game is badly optimized so many people have performance issues to begin with.
