Also, unless you really want the 230T, I recommend getting the sturdier 200R (also Corsair)

And since you don't have any CPU cooler, cut the Z97 board and get something a little cheaper, unless you're planning to upgrade. If you're not planing to upgrade, get the CX500W, that still has some headroom, and something like a MSI H97-G43 motherboard.

Maybe a newer/better GPU, otherwise it looks very good.

The GTX750 Ti is a great little card, and really worth it. I think Crysis is the only thing I have that won't play really smoothly with it. extra bonus is that it don't need extra power!!
