I Currently own a Noctua NH-U14S(Dual Fan Mode) and I want to switch it to Noctua NH-D15.

Review on RelaxedTech.com shows that Noctua NH-D15 is about 4 degrees cooler at 100% load(I7 3770k @ 4.6ghz/1.30v).

I currently own I7-4930k @ 4.4ghz/1.30v with max temp of 72C-74C depending on the temperature of the room and was wondering if it would make a significant difference in cooling.

For only 4 degrees at full load, it isn't worth it.

Do you think it will be the same result on 4930k?

There isn't a massive difference at full load with a 4930K, there is about 6 degrees difference with single fans on both coolers.
