Building a gaming system

So i want to make my own PC since i use my father PC for a long time, I want to build a new one because the PC is too old and cannot handle games or even basic web browsing. I am from Indonesia and will use rupiah currency. I recommend this store to choose parts, the budget is 17,000,000 or equivalent to 1500USD. I do need peripherals including headphones,mouse,headset and mousepad. Thank you for your guys support and I'm waiting for the respond

I've asembly the following build from the Nano Komputer webpage:

 

CPU: Intel - Core i5 4670K @ 3.40GHz, 6MB Cache, 84W TDP (Rp. 2.795.000)

CPU Cooler: Noctua - NH-U12P SE2 (787.000)

Motherboard: ASRock - Fatal1ty Z97 Killer (Rp. 1.972.000)

Video Card: Sapphire - R9 290 947MHz/5.0Gbps, 4GB GDDR5, 512-bit, PCI-E 3.0 (Rp. 5.518.000)

Memory: Patriot - PV38G160C9K Viper 3 Series, 8GB (2x4GB) DDR3 1600 (Rp. 1.004.000)

HDD#1: Samsung - SSD 840 Evo 120GB (Rp. 1.200.000)

HDD#2: Western Digital - 1TB SATA-III 64MB Blue (Rp. 669.000)

Power Supply: Cooler Master - GX II 550W 80+ Bronze (Rp. 811.000)

Case: Iron Patriot Blue Mid Tower (Rp. 290.000)

Keyboard/Mouse: Logitech - G100s Combo - Gaming Keyboard & Mouse (Rp. 387.000)

With the rest you can buy the mousepad and some case fans if the case doesn't come with any. Also I don't know if you need a monitor, but if the budget is to high for a monitor, you can downgrade the R290 to a R280 and have some good difference which can be spent in the monitor.
