Hey guys,

Recently my laptop screen went extremely dark,it's near impossible to see unless I shine a flashlight on it so I assume the back lights are the issue.

When I first started doing some research into it the solution seemed to be a new inverter but after a bit more looking I found my laptop's screen is LED and that I most likely dosent have an inverter. After removing the bevel from my screen I found this to be true.

My question is how do I go about fixing this? Is the inverter equivalent for LED built into the screen meaning I need to get a new screen?

Thanks in advance for the help guys!

Just buy a new screen and replace it.It's a real simple repair, costly though.
