R9 290 Stutter problem

hi there ,

 

sometimes while watching youtube or gaming i get this kind a lagg i guess ?

it just looks like the fps is stuttering and then it runs fine i get this every 20 minuts while gaming

and every 1.5 minuts while watching youtube .

can someone please help me out .

CPU:INTEL CORE I7 860

RAMM : CORSAIR VENGEANCE 8GB

PSU: BEQUIET PURE POWER 630W

HDD: 1x seagate and 1x WD both on 7200rpm 

SSD : 1x kingsteon hyperX 120GB

nope i installed it on the ssd and i already use html5 player and it still laggs on youtube

no second hand but i still have the waranty for 2.5 years

Sounds like a GPU problem. Unless your power supply is starting to go.
