I have a Perixx PX-1000 keyboard, does anyone know if it is mechanical or membrane?

 

Furthermore while the left side of it is not sliding the right hand side is. (i need to press it down for it to not slip)

Anyone know a way to fix this?

It looks like a normal membrane keyboard.
