Hey Guys i need some help, im starting to get a bit worried as my Windows has been acting funny for the past few days. The taskbar will randomly dissapear, desktop icons will just turn off, tasks are always becoming unresponsive, it logged itself off as i was checking facebook yesterday & as i went to type in the password everytime that system ease of access window would pop up & the computer would read it all to me.

My rig is less than 6 months old, i built it myself & it has performed without a single glitch until now.

I have ran scans through norton for viruses, ive ran malwarebytes scans & am currently running a 'Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool' scan. I did recently update my pc using windows update.

i am not familiar with the software lingo or knowledge of how it all works unfortunately so i'm sorry if i may ask you to explain to me better.

Thanks in advance guys,

If you have the windows installation disc you can try to do a windows 7 repair install (http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/3413-repair-install.html). Otherwise you can try first the system restore function of windows (http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/700-system-restore.html).

thanks for the quick reply :) will the system restore delete any of my files etc that i have got in the time i am going past?

I think that it affects .exe files , hardware drivers ect.Your documents should be safe (you should keep a backup of your private files in case something bad happens).
