First build - Best BIOS setup

Hey guys, I'm gonna build a gaming rig with these components:

 

CPU: AMD FX 6300

GPU: Sapphire R7 260X 2GB OC

MoBo: Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 Rev. 4.0

RAM: ADATA XPG V2 EX Gold DDR3 2x4GB 1600MHz

PSU: Aerocool Strike-X 600w

HDD: Hitachi Deskstar HDS721010KLA330 SATA II 1TB

CPU Fan: Zalman CNPS9500A LED

 

And I wanna know which would be the best BIOS setup for my PC... I think I won't OC my CPU but my RAM, and I'm a newbie in PC Building, so I don't know about power management and that sort of things.
