How can i get this to another acc? I have 10 euros on my steam wallet and i wanted to buy this for a diferent acc how can i do it ?

select buy, and then you can set it for 'buy for someone else' or something like that, then you have to go in trade with that different acc and gift it to the other acc

But i cant find it in shop it only says i can buy it ingame , and i dont want to buy on this acc beacuse i have VAC ban(yes , i cheated)
