Question about the H55

I'm thinking this is 100x better than my stock heatsink. I was wondering would I need it since it gets extremely hot in my room and my cpu idles at 44C and on load it's around 74C. I read reviews saying it was pretty good but i'm not sure I want to get it because the loop might break and spill on my hardware but I really need my cpu to be cooler since I'm going to start streaming so I was wondering is there anything better than the H55 at the $50 USD Price mark. Also would it fit in this case?

It's good but has a slightly better performance than the Hyper 212 evo so I would just go with the Hyper 212 evo and slap some nice fans on it and have the same performance for dirt cheap!

Well now I'm tempted to get the Evo. What fans should I get I heard Corsair had some really nice cheap fans.
