Power consumption question

I am planning on buying a 5850 for a computer that would be used to play 4K video in my living room (HTPC)

 

I have 34 amps on my 12v rail will it be enough to power the card

 

the rest of the spec is a phenom x6 1100t

8gb of ram

2 ssd

1 hdd

Fedex Ground must be on Horse back, It took 7 days to go 200 miles
