I need help (screen flickering)

So I have this Samsung all in one my family got a year ago that flickers. This problem started a year ago and we took it to geek squad and they fixed it for free since we had it under warranty. Now it's out of warranty and the problem is happening again. On the Geek squad receipt, it says they fixed the problem by adjusting the LCD cable. I was wondering if I could fix it by myself without paying geek squad or getting it repaired elsewhere.

Make sure the connector from your GPU to your Monitor is firmly seated at both ends.

The problem is I have no idea whatsoever in dealing with all in ones. Readjust how? Just make sure the cable is properly connected?
