I was thinking the Bitfenix Comrade or the Corsair 200r.

The Bitfenix Comrade might have some airflow issues since it only supports up to 4 fans - 2 front fans, 1 back, and the PSU. Does it look cool? Yeah, it looks slick, but I don't know how its restricted airflow will impact on your setup. If it's a low-powered HTPC or something, then it might not matter. I believe this is its specs sheet.

That said, I think Bitfenix are launching a new series of cases called Neos that's within the same price point as the Corsair 200r, 300r, SPEC-01; NZXT Source 210 Elite, Source 220; 210 Tempest. H230, Phantom 240; Cooler Master N200 (mATX), N300, N400; Bitfenix Comrade, and more. Here's what the Neos looks like.

Too expensive, on a really tight budget.

The black is the same price as a 200r. US, Canada.

I was thinking the Bitfenix Comrade or the Corsair 200r.

Depending on where you are located, the Bitfenix Comrade can be pretty good value for the money. I own one and got it for 35€ new. That is half the prize of my previous two cases (BF Shinobi and BF Prodigy).

Unfortunately you can feel where BF saved money: The steel is thin. I wouldn't call it flimsy, but it is noticable thinner than on more expensive cases. The front cover is made from plastic that feels a little bit cheap. My last complaint is the little space behind the motherboard tray: Having a "clean looking" build is really difficult in this case, that allows for almost no cable management, because there simply isn't enough room for cables behind the motherboard tray. This also applies for the sata data cables. Avoid straight sata cables for connecting your Harddrives. They will make closing the side panel really difficult.

Now to the good stuff. The overall build qualtiy is good: No sharp edges and a good paint job. You have removable fan filters for the power supply in the bottom and for the two front mountable 120mm fans. The rear 120mm fan is included. My personal highlight for this case is the drive mounting mechanism. It is toolless for the 3.5" bays and way easier than for the Prodigys way of handeling Harddrives.

The case is even farely rugged: I took it to several LAN parties and it handled it very well.

TL,DR: The Comrade does a very good job at being a cheap case.

The Bitfenix Shinobi's still under 20 euros in Germany from Caseking. In the US, it's like 70 USD. Maybe back then, but now, it's dirt cheap for a wicked case.

de.pcpartpicker isn't very reliable at all. But don't worry. There may be someone out there who is now very happy with his white shinobi side panel . I mean it still makes a good Frisbee or maybe a baking tray...

Someone almost bought a high-end Corsair side panel until someone else told them it was a side panel and not the full case. But... But these guys were newbies... I-I failed them...
