Hi,

 

I was looking around on G2A (key site, nice for cheap games) and I found this: https://www.g2a.com/windows-8-professional-32-64-bit-cd-key-global.html

Is this key for a full windows or is this a key you can only use if you already have windows installed? Beacuse I need Windows for my future PC and it would be pretty rad if I could get it this cheap.

Download the Windows 8/8.1 upgrade installer from Windows site. If it doesn't accept it first try, try downloading an ISO of Windows 8/8.1 Pro, installing it with a KMS key which you can find on Microsoft's website (the sole purpose of these is to allow installation of Windows without a key), then try activating the key from inside Windows.

I do have another question, where do I download Windows? Because I'm getting a new PC and there is nothing installed on that, and if I go to the Windows site it says I need Windows on my pc to upgrade.
