Transferring OEM licences

The license is tied to the motherboard, so unless you're keeping the motherboard in your new build, you're going to need a new license.

I've yet to hear anything to the contrary.

Hello,

I'm planning to build a PC and try to keep performance high with a small budget. So here's the thing: I have a pre-built computer that came with a Windows 7 Home Premium OEM licence and I want to know if I can remove Windows from that computer and install it to the upcoming one.

Just a warning if you buy this you have to go through a super sketchy process to receive the key which involves sharing you screen with a G2A rep.
