Artifact problems?

Whats causing this?

When i install win7 or win8 and they both have the same problem.

But the problem comes out only when i install geforce drivers.

When i dont install geforce drivers, then i dont have the problem.

Only way to get rid of this problem is, that i have to change the windows theme to windows 7 basic.

But in windows 8, their is no basic theme and the aerolite dont do nothing.

The GPU is ok. It works fine in other pc´s.

Before GTX 660ti i had GTS 8800 and their was no problem.

Is this really somekind of compatibility issue.

My system is little bit old.

 

Intel Q6600

Gigabyte GA-P35-DS4 rev 2.0

Corsair XMS 800mhz 1Gb x 4=4Gb

Gainward GTX 660ti, 2Gb Ram

Corsair CX500 PSU

Could be the VRAM. Without GeForce drivers installed it runs off system RAM does it not? (Correct me if I'm wrong)
