After hours and hours of internet research I still can't decide on a suitable PSU for my system. I need something in the 550W range that is suitable for overclocking, so therefore pretty high quality. I've looked at the Corsair RM550, CM V550S, EVGA Supernova and Seasonic S12II but am still unsure. I am willing to spend up to USD$150 but would like to spend much less than that (USD$100 maybe). Any suggestions/recommendations would be very much appreciated.

List your components please.

3770k and GTX 760, in your profile? 84W + 190W + Overclocking. 450W-500W would be fine with hefty overclocks on both.

RM and Supernova G1 are unimpressive. I think by CM550S you mean Cooler Master V550S, which is a very good unit. The S12ii isn't bad but not as good as the rest I believe. Other choices would be the Seasonic G 550W and XFX XTR 550W.

Yeah, that's correct. Will upgrade to GTX 870 on release but don't expect that to consume more power. Yeah I meant the V550S, now it's corrected. I will look into the CM V550S and the XFX XTR but unfortunately in UK Seasonic PSU's are few and far between, so can be hard to get hold of.
