I was hoping you guys would be able to help me out with my first gaming rig and tell me if it sucks or not. It would be a great help.

Intel Core i5-3470 Ivy Bridge Quad-Core 3.2GHz (3.6GHz Turbo Boost) LGA 1155 77W Desktop

WD Blue WD10SPCX 1TB 5400 RPM 16MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 2.5" Internal Notebook Hard Drive

EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2765-KR GeForce GTX 760 2GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support w/ EVGA ACX Cooler Video Card

SeaSonic M12II 620 Bronze 620W ATX12V V2.3 / EPS 12V V2.91 SLI Ready 80 PLUS BRONZE

ASRock Z97 Pro4 LGA 1150 Intel Z97 HDMI SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX Intel Motherboard

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 2133 (PC3 17000)

And then I was thinking about liquid cooking the CPU. Any advice helps and be critical if you have to. I want to get it right. Thank you.

The motherboard and CPU are not compatible. Get a 4570 or 4670. Those will work.

I would prefer it to stay under 1k but it's okay if it goes a little over. I'm from the US and I'll probably be using it mostly for gaming.
