Motherboard: Asus Z9PE-D16 - $500

CPU: Intel Xeon E5 2643 x 2 - $1100ea

RAM: Kingston Value ECC 64GB x 4 - $1000 ea

Samsung 840 Pro 256GB x 2 in RAID 0 OR the new Asus RoG PCIe SSD's

Seagate Barracuda 3TB x 4 in RAID 10 - $140 ea

Case: Silverstone TJ09 - $270

PSU: Silverstone Zeus ZM 1350w PSU - $350

 

That's pretty much the parts list

Forgot, coolers - they're LGA 2011 so the stock LGA 2011 cooler that you purchase separately will be fine. Otherwise you run into issues with RAM clearance being a dual CPU board, air flow and if you use closed loop coolers, the tube length.

oh thankyou. you say Stock coolers. What are they? Intel ones? Because you dont get any coolers with the Xeons do you :(

Nah, you have yo purchase them separately for about $12.
