Don't kno2 if any of you guys can help but I went to do some DIY with. Raspberry pi possibly a small AIO so can any of you recommend nanny touch screens (preferably that use hdmi) that are about 5" and don't have a huge driver board separate

www.adafruit.com has an enormous selection of Raspberry Pi screens and interfaces, in all sorts of sizes with HDMI inputs and some with touchscreens.  They have every accessory you could ever need.
