H80i Replacement Fans

Hey guys, I am looking to change the fans on my H80i. I currently have the stock Corsair SP120's in push/pull on there. Im O-K with the performance and noise they deliver so I hope to get similar results from the fans I am going to replace them with. Ideally I want to be able to keep using corsair's link software to monitor and control them, and I hope to connect them in the same way as the stock ones via the Y kabel that came with the H80i unit. Also, my system is black and red so I'd like them to have red LEDs. 

 

I'm not really into the fan business so I am not even sure if it's even possible. Do they need to be PWM fans or can I just take any regular fan? 

Im hoping you guys can answer some of my questions and possibly recommend me a set of fans.
