Good 800-900$ build?

Hey guys I am pretty sure I could build this for around 850$ :) any opinions on what to change? I am getting the 350d case and would like mobo opinions :) micro atx guys...

are you aware that you are buying a non overclocking supporting mobo with an overclockable cpu? the rest is fine though

He doesnt even know what overclocking is lol :o
