Wireless communication problems

dan_man555

My grandparents have this issue where they want to communicate with each other in different parts of the house without shouting.

I thought the obvious solution was walkie-talkies, but after 3 days the batteries went dead, and they had no intention of stocking up on AAs. Using rechargeable batteries would be too cumbersome as well.

If anyone knows of a price conscious solution, that would be great.

Do you have an example of such a product?

Most phones have the closed loop communication feature. (Wireless ones)

Or you can use google hangouts through Gmail
