Bad NIC?

I have been having internet outages, and after looking around in my routers logs (pfSense) i found that my computer is dumping TCP packets onto the network, and completely filling up the routers state table.

 

When looking at my computers network graphs, it shows periods of when i am sending 6-10Mbps out. This happens even when i have restarted the computer and have no programs running.

 

 

What i have tried:

replacing cable

Moving to a different port on the switch

Using two different add-in cards (all cards seem to have this problem on this machine, but not in others)

 

 

Any ideas?

Scan your computer for viruses.

 

Are these dumps random, or do they usually happen say like 6 minutes after the one before?

They start about every 15min, and last for about 2min. I need to completely reload the machine anyways, i hope that helps
