Put your 7770 back in, and uninstall the AMD drivers. If you have bloatware, might as well just reinstall Windows to save time. If that doesn't work, clear the CMOS. Then put your 750ti back in and see if that works.

7770 is fried bro xD that's why I'm replacing it with a 750 ti the improvements not that drastic xD No bloatware(that's why I don't update windows) I keep my computer bloatware free. and reinstalling windows is not something  I'm capable of.  and what's the CMOS?

Put your 750 Ti in and reset the cmos. There should either be a button or a jumper on the motherboard.

Consult manual.

The CMOS is the BIOS chip(i think?). You clear it by taking out the Clock battery. Do you have onboard graphics that you can boot off of to at least get into Windows? And have you checked all of your cables?

I'm using a previous build one in sig no intergrated graphics xD

Put your 750 Ti in and reset the cmos. There should either be a button or a jumper on the motherboard.

Consult manual.

Its not gonna harm my computer is it?

put in your shiny new graphics card, move the jumper one space, wait 3-5 secs (doesnt matter if you overdo it) and put it back. Your bios should have reverted to stock settings.

hopefully, your card should work.

I don't think it worked ... I did it as thesystem was booting but come to think how would that work? my mobo is older than the card....

You might need to update your BIOS to work with the new card. Any of your buddies got a card from the 7770 era?

nope xD any ideas how to update my bios in a hurry?

Depends really. Most of the time you need display though.

EDIT: What's your motherboard?

Exactly that's why I'm acting like a chicken with my head cut off

Well I am out of ideas then. You could pick up one of these, use it to boot into the BIOS to update it, then put your 750ti back in and use that then.

I just wasted the majority of my money onthe 750ti. plus shipping times would take too long I can't have my system down another week...

There is no "Bloatware" in Windows updates, you are silly...

Also you're supposed to clear CMOS when the pc is TURNED OFF, otherwise it doesn't even clear...

My motherboard is older than my graphics card, and it works just fine (GTX 780), are you sure the card isn't DOA and you plugged the cables correctly?

Well first of all i don't install windows updates because of bloatware.

Wat there is no bloatware in windows update other then the occasional bing optional updates.

If anything your getting more bloatware / viruses on your computer by not installing windows updates that fixes security flaws.

Update your system for the love of Gaben.

As for your problem first make sure its properly connected including the external power connector if the card has one.

Some of the 750Ti's has external power some don't also make sure its properly seated in the socket.

You can also try different sockets on your board its possible that your old card took the PCI lane with it when it died its pretty rare but possible.

Also if possible try the card in a different machine to make sure it actually works in the first place and isn't DOA

I've used the card for two years xD(the 7770) and the 750Ti, It has no power cables and it's fan spins when I turn on the pc.

No external power, I usually update windows every few months I was planning todo it next month, Would do it now but can't see a thing... And I do it on the recommendation of multiple people, two of which work for microsoft even they admit there's some sketchy stuff in some windows updates xD  and the socket should be fine

Well random question are you sue the display cable is properly connected and not loose in any end?

HDMI and yes .-. I've also used DVI and VGA none work and I have no DP cable or anything that uses DP either.

that wouldn't work, do it while the system is shut down.

video card *should* work anyway, without a bios update.

Did it now with system shutdown and no better, infact worst... I can no longer access windows(previously using my keyboard blindly typing in my password and hitting enter would allow me to hear from my speakers the sounds of windows logging in and skype booting up...)

however on the bright side I found out the 7770 is still in warranty by a month so I'm starting the RMA process i'm just hoping for someone to think of something so i can get the system working before then b/c I'm impatient and have work todo which is sole on the computer in question.

If I believe your sig and the average specs of that card, I assume you overclocked it so good luck with RMAing it...

Just a random thought: Does your monitor work? Like get a different working computer and hook it up to the monitor?

You sure your monitor isn't broken instead of your old video card?

Monitor works ... Two computers, Cable box, DVD player, and 360 are all hooked upto it. And actually I would OC it before gaming then reset it thank god it's currently at stock...

Yes look at my response to above...  and I've used different HDMI ports&Cables, VGA ports&Cables, DVI ports and cables... and refering to #22 of this thread of me it's fans don't spin the 750Ti's do.... which is basically my best methodology for testing without busting out crazy tools I only half know how to work from my part time job to test it xD
