yes, probably  medium settings other than  crysis which will have to be run on the lowest.

I know that you can't oc non ''K'' Cpu's but you can actually still get 200-400mhz out of them

not reccomended though. and 2-400mhz wont remove the slight cpu bottleneck

yes. your gpu isn't that fast anyway so it should be fine.

Yes. There will probably be a slight bottleneck in some games, but mostly your gpu will be the limiting factor: You wont play any of these games on ultra (maybe some cods), not on high and maybe on medium @60fps

the gt 750m of my laptop runs bf4 in 1080p @40fps (average), so the gtx 560 will manage 60 FPS without any problems

And at what settings?^^ A 7970 runs it at about 80fps ultra. Its a MUCH more powerfull gpu than the 560
