Fractal Design Define R4 and Asus Z97-PRO

Hello all, 

 

I just built my first PC computer:

 

Fractal Design Define R4

Asus Z97-PRO

i5-1760-k with stock fan

Crucical 2 x 16g ram

Corsair cx 750W non-modular

evga Gtx 770 2gb

 

My question is: Should I plug my two stock fans from the fractal case into the connections given on the case or should I plug the fans directly into the motherboard?

Motherboard if you want to take advantage of the fan control that Fan Xpert 3 affords you.

The connectors from the case allow controlling of the fans in the front panel with either 5v, 7v, or 12v settings. This gives much more simple on the fly fan control and is faster than setting fan speeds in the BIOS.
