Gaming PC. Around $1500. 80% sure I will go SLI. I will probably get that Asus Swift G-sync 1440p monitor. Right now I'm using a 1080p monitor. I want it to last a long time, without me having to upgrade that much. If you could give me any suggestion that would be great.

Thanks.

dont go with the H80i, get dis, it costs less and its better, http://pcpartpicker.com/part/be-quiet-cpu-cooler-bk019

Edit: are you just gaming on it? is so go with an i5

Another Edit: put more money into the case

That seems to be a bit closer to $1700 than $1500.....

Anywhoo, for gaming, most people will suggest to stick with an i5-4690K, as the gaming performance will be identical.. Other than that, it looks good.

i7 not perfectly stable at 4.4.. #firstworldproblems

Since you're gaming, go with an i5. H80i is okay, but you can get an air cooler that will perform similar or better for cheaper. Spend more money on the case.

Also, if you're planning to SLI 780s, I hope you don't plan to stay on 1080p for long.
