Quick question

Recently got a blue snowball microphone and have been having some issues. I've been looking through the FAQ and read that it is recommended that you download a Digital Signal Processing system. I was wondering what DSP I should get for this mic, since I have hardly any experience in this field

Whenever I plug in the Blue Snowball mic, on device manager it comes up with the name of the device, but then gives a code 10 error, saying the device cannot be used. Also, it says that the driver could not be installed

I think I've found out the issue. Apparently, any one of these mics made before 2007 is incompatible with windows 7. But I'm sure there must be some way around that? Do you think there are any third party drivers around that would make it compatible?

WOOOOOOOOOW. That sucks balls. I remember reading about that too, but I forgot the solution. Sorry . A quick google search on it should solve it though (unless you're SOL).

Yeah, I've been looking everywhere for one, but haven't found anything I'll take a deeper look and see if there's anyway of bypassing it.

I've been looking around, and have seen how some people put their usb cable in the mic upside down. I tried but it just doesn't fit. What are these people on about?

Lolwut. That is the weirdest thing I've heard. No idea what's up with that. Or how it's even possible.
