Borderlands 2 Frame rate issue.

I'm trying to play BL2 but im getting nothing but stuttering, it drops to around 2fps in the menus. I have updated the drivers for my gpu, to no avail.

Um not sure but maybe toy around with the in-game settings.

Yes, but the thing is it was working fine like 10 hrs ago, other games are fine like bf4, where im getting like 120fps.

BF4 doesn't have PhysX. What are your system specs

This isn't a physX issue as i turned it to low and it still had crap frame rate, i have a 660ti, usually i can run everything pretty close to ultra.

CPU? So this is the only game that has the issue? If so uninstall and reinstall. Does it only stutter in the menus?
