What's your budget? What will the PC be used for primarily?

Please do not use the WD Green as a boot drive, things will probably go horribly wrong as the green drives are not built to be boot drives. Try something like an aData SSD or maybe even just a WD Blue drive? And I would suggest getting a GTX650Ti since it has better value than the GTX 650. You also might want to go for an Ivy i3

its gunna be used for work

and its going to cost to much to put an i5 and also to put a 650ti

A cx600 is overkill a cx500 should be enough for that build:)

im only using a CX600 just incase i need to upgrade my GPU or add an ssd or an other hardrive
