Best WiFi card?

http://pcpartpicker.com/user/WhitePhoenix0/saved/tP8j4D

This is the pc I'm building, and I need a WiFi card as ethernet is highly impractical here. My internet is already pretty bad, so I need a card that won't limit me even more. (Speedtest.net rating of 60ms Ping, 1.22 Mbps download, 0.75 Mbps upload) Also, staying under or around $30 is nice.  Oh also I'm going to run windows 8.

Thanks.

Looking at the compatible adapters, there is a card from TP-Link, TL-WN881ND, that supports the N-mode network (single band only), has fairly good reviews, and is only about $20 in price.
