If its me, i'd go for MSI because of its twin frozr and afterburner. and they usually OC it from the factory

both are good GPU 

 

but it better to get the current gen GPU

 

if you are in luck you can find a GTX760 for sale

 

the GTX760 is similar to the last gen GTX670

r9 270x or a cheap gtx 760 are both better options.
