When you delete the render files in a project. do you delete all of the files (all progress in the timeline lost?)?

By render files do you Pre-rendered files or Files rendered from premiere?

 

I mean files rendered (not exported) to make the playback in the sequence playback panel go smoothly.

oh well i Don't know about premiere but in after effects if i delete those files, when i open the project again after effects will automatically re-render them, unless i moved or deleted the original files
