Formatting harddrives

Hello, I am having troubles with using my "normal" hard drive to install programs such as microsoft office. I boot games and my OS off my SSD, but when I save things to my storage harddrive it tells me I have no space on it. 

How may I fix this? I can drag and drop items into the hard drive, but I can't install programs.
