Crossfire primary card

As it is the summer and it's already hot, I want to do some thermal optimizations on my PC. Now my PC has 2 HD5750 and the primary card (the top one) is always going to be hotter because of the layout of my mobo.

 

Is there a way to change which card is primary to the bottom one?
