Headphone upgrade!

Ok so, I've been using a Turtle Beach XP500 for years now.

I use them on PC (via Bluetooth), PS4, and XB1 (Turtle Beach Chat Cable)

I like having separate game volume and chat volume controls.

The Turtle Beach is the first gaming headset I've ever owned, did I spoil myself with the TB?

After dealing with the constant eating of AAs, I need to get a new headset.

I know a lot of headsets don't play well with XB1, so I'll leave that out of the equation.

But for PC and PS4 which would be best, I'm at a loss of what I should be looking at, so many options to choose from....

I'm partial to Asus, Corsair (as my PC is built with their components) and Logitech (I use a G13 for PC gaming)

 

Suggestions?

Too bad ASUS, Corsair and Logitech don't know how to make audio equipment.

 

I've heard positive things about the Plantronics RIG.
