looking for some new speakers!

i currently have some really old super woofer yz-1000 and am looking for an upgrade. anyone have any suggestions for the sub $125 range? anything suggestions are welcomed.

Is this for home theater use or a computer system? Realistically you probably want a minimum budget of $500 and grab something from an ID company such as HSU like this one. But for your price range your best bet is to browse criagslist, ebay or other buy & sells.

computer speakers!

Hmmm maybe Pioneer AP-BS21-LR speakers with a Lepai 2020A+ amp. 

 

M-Audio AV40 is pretty great at $130 as well. You can look on craigslist for used bookshelf speakers as well. Used stuff is cheaper and the same quality so it's a good option on a budget especially for audio. 

My personal rig - 4790k 4.8Ghz, Asus Z97 Pro (wi-fi ac), Corsair Dominator Plat 4x8GB, SLI GTX 1080 TI FE, Samsung 850 Evo 1TB, Crucial MX100 512GB, EVGA G3 1000W, and cooled by a hardline liquid cooling loop.
