Well im building a new system and i just cant choose between these mobos:

MSI Z97 Gaming 5

Gigabyte G1.Sniper Z97

Gigabyte Z97X-Gaming 5
Asrock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer
Asus Maximus VII Ranger
 
 

My BUILD:

case:CORSAIR OBSIDIAN SERIES 450D 
gpu:MSI GTX770 
cpu:INTEL CORE I5-4690K
ram:CORSAIR VENGEANCE PRO 8GB 
hdd:WESTERN DIGITAL1TB CAVIAR BLUE 
psu:CORSAIR RM SERIES RM650 
cooling:CORSAIR HYDRO SERIES H100I

It may sound like a stupid answer but whatever's cheaper and suits your needs more (like which red and black looks better to you, lol). There's no real game-changing differences between motherboards around the same price.
