Tablet-to-PC Not Working

Hey, I have a DoPo T711 tablet (It's a piece of trash) that has a USB to PC functionality, but when I plug it in to my machine (Running Windows 7 Ultimate), neither the tablet nor the PC even know it's there. I've turned on USB debugging and resetting the tablet, but nothing seems to work. The manufacturer says the device is "plug-and-play," but so far that isn't the case. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

 

Sorry if this was supposed to go in the troubleshooting forum, I was confused to which I should post this in.
