.. I just bought this rams for a friend rig.  The thing is that on cpu z it shows PC3 - 10700 ( 667 Mhz )

 

 Is this a bug or they gived me other kind of ram ....???

Yes, you have to put the RAM to 1600 Mhz from the bios.

you have to go into bios/UEFI and enable XMP for the kit

warning some setting with xmp profiles increase the memory voltage of the ram be sure to check or u can manually set ur ram in z bios...
