Win 7 Display glitch

Hi All,

 

My System specs are:

I5-4570
8 x 1600Gb ram
Z87M plus mobo
240GB SSD
R9-270 GPU
all about 10 months old

 

I have this intermittent issue where this Display notification appears almost every other day.

I have googled it and tried numerous fixes but nothing seems to stop it

 

Any advice please?
