Time is never in sync.

I have a problem with my PC. My clock is out of sync and would always show the wrong time. My time zones are correct, and my computer is set to automatically sync with internet time. Any ideas? Thanks!

Some boards just don't have such an accurate internal clock. How big is the gap?
